Takata recall, i had an accident in which my vehicle front end collided with a tree. My air bag did not deploy, and upper seat belt did not lock causing injury to my face. I was on a city street in motion. I was taken to hospital via ambulance.

I want to voice my concern about a recent experience with the rear seat belt in our rav4. My 5 year old son, while in his car seat( attached via the latch system), pulled the adult seat belt down (since it was not being used for his car seat) and looped it around his head. I have 2006 rav4 with 62,800 miles on it. The seat belts do not retract properly and some times they do not hold the body tight enough when in locked position.
