Tl*- the contact owns a 2006 rav4. The 2nd seat did not lock in place. This seat was replaced by the dealer on 4/2006. Since 12/09/06 the failure has reoccurred and has not been repaired. The dealer stated that the track was grinding away and the hinge broken again. The dealer called weekly to inform her that the part wasn't available. *ak
