    Pedals And Linkages

    2012 toyota rav 4. Consumer writes in regards to vehicle sudden acceleration. *smd the consumer stated on six occasions, the vehicle accelerated, when the brake was applied. The brake pedal was about 2 1/2 inches away from the accelerator pedal. The consumer believed the pedals were designed too close together.
