While backing up, vehicle accelerated rapidly hitting a parked vehicle doing much damage. Wife driving many years, never hitting accelerator when she meant to hit the brakes. Do not know why rapid acceleration occurred. Has not happened moving forward. *js

Went to pick it up on thursday (8/8/13) and it wouldn't start-- check ev system, etc. Dealer gave me a loaner, it spent the day in the service dept, and they wound up updating the software & it apparently was ok.
